This 90% Franc, 10% Grolleau blend ferments spontaneously in concrete with indigenous yeasts, capturing the wine's essential character without fining or filtration. The result is a crunchy, mineral edged red with notes of red and black berries, subtle vegetal spice, and a luminous,
